We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Downloadable software products
Personal care items (for health and hygiene reasons)
Items on final sale or marked as "non-returnable"
Personalized or custom-made products
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Returned items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or do not meet our return conditions will not be eligible for refund. In such cases, items may be returned to you at your expense, or you may choose to have us dispose of them.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the original standard shipping may be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent you the wrong item or the item is defective).
Low-Value Items: For items valued under €80, we may offer a partial or full refund without requiring you to return the product, to avoid international shipping costs that exceed the product's value.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet our return conditions (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing parts).

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@lumoralifepro.com.
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund and placing a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. support@lumoralifepro.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
2. We will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
3. Important: Important: Please do not ship the return without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense, or donated to charity if unclaimed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lumoralifepro.com within 7 days of delivery(or within 14 days for EU customers). We will apologize and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product.
6. International Returns & Customs
We work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners to bring you quality products. Specific return solutions may vary based on:

• International shipping costs
• Customs duties and taxes (typically non-refundable)
We are committed to providing fair and reasonable solutions for every customer. For low-value items, we may offer refunds without requiring physical return to avoid excessive international shipping costs.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded if they are defective or damaged.
